At Solotech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Solotech account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Electronics
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned device to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
